Connect2Texas
Unique Distance Learning Experiences
CONNECT2TEXAS RESOURCES ARE STILL AVAILABLE!
Recent health concerns across the state and nation from COVID-19 have resulted in schools being closed. In response to this crisis, Connect2Texas will be providing FREE alternatives for your students, including recordings, live streams, webinars, activities, worksheets, etc. Teachers are not required to register during the shutdown. Please feel free to share these programs with parents or incorporate them into your online lessons and homework as needed.
NOTE: Some providers are still available to deliver live and engaging experiences to your students via Zoom. Please reach out to any provider with requests so they can assist you with your needs!
IMPORTANT UPDATES
As we all know, this health situation is changing daily. The Connect2Texas providers are doing everything they can to provide free resources for teachers, parents, and students during the shutdown. As new resources become available, I will update their information below. You will need to refer back to this Smore newsletter to see what has been added. Also, some providers are using social media to promote programs or activities they have created, so you will need to check there as well.
We hope everyone is practicing social distancing and taking care of themselves and their loved ones. If you need assistance, contact c2tx@esc11.net or call (817)740-7516.
