News From Nurse Lisa
Hi,
I would like to remind and share this again with families.
This was shared with families in December.
REMINDER: Health Office Notes Being Sent By Email:
Dear Families,
This is a reminder about health visit letters that are now emailed instead of being sent home as a paper copy with the exception of Pre-K in which they will still receive a letter home per regulations.
IMPORTANT
When you receive your first email notifying you of a health office visit, you will receive 2 emails; one email with a password that you will need to save/remember to access the emails that I send going forward and the other email with the attached health visit letter. After that, you will receive the one email with the health visit letter attached and you will be asked to enter your password (from the very first notification) to open.
If I notify you via phone of the visit then an email/visit log letter will not be sent (unless your child is in Pre-K).
It is crucial to remember the password that is issued to you as this will be your way to access/open the health office visit letters.
Please don't hesitate to call me with any questions.
Thank you!
