Friday, August 30 – Early Release - Teacher’s Institute Half Day

No School – Monday, September 3 – Labor Day

Students will attend school in the morning of Friday, August 30. They will be dismissed at 11:40 am so our teachers can participate in professional development.

Buses will then run their regular end of the day routes . . . just 3 hours and 20 minutes earlier. Students who walk or get picked up will be ready at 11:40am.

The school will be closed on Monday, September 2, in observance of Labor Day. We look forward to welcoming students back on Tuesday, September 3.

SAFETY DRILLS and PROCEDURES

Tornado, Fire, and Intruder Drills will be completed with the participation of St. Charles Police and Fire Departments and D303 Personnel during the first weeks of school. This is to assure our readiness in the case of emergency.

Volunteer Screening is a standard practice in D303 Schools to assure our students’ safety. All volunteers working with students will need to provide a driver’s license to be scanned before a name tag is issued.
