Per the Administrative Regulation BQB (Local), please complete your spring elections for 2018-19 CPOC membership. Once your elections are completed, please submit your CPOC Membership List to my office, attention Chris Waltmire @ Christine.email@example.com. Your 2018-19 CPOC Membership List must be received no later than June 14, 2018. This item has been added to the Deadline Matrix.

CISD has a *New*Evaluation process for Non T-TESS and T-PESS evaluated Staff. Beginning this school year 2017-2018, all CISD employee evaluations will need to be completed within the Perform Software System, therefore all of our Non T-TESS and T-PESS evaluated employees which includes our counselors, clerical paraprofessionals, instructional paraprofessionals, auxiliary personnel and other direct reports must have their annual evaluations completed electronically within the Perform Software System.
An instructional sheet detailing the electronic process is attached. Please contact Mrs. Karen Roberson, Secretary to the Chief of Employee Services if you have any questions.
Ø All Campus Non T-TESS and T-PESS evaluations must be completed by May 23, 2018.
Ø All Central Office Administration staff evaluations must be completed by June 22, 2018.
CISD Principals and other Departmental Supervisors will also need to insure that all staff evaluations have been signed electronically within the Perform Software System.
