News from this week
Dear Parents,
Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed their winter break and holidays. It was great to see everyone's smiling faces and hearing about what they did over the break. Some of the students had some wonderful vacations!
I just have a few reminders for you:
- Friday folders will not be coming home this week since we only had 2 days of school.
-Report cards will be sent home next Friday.
-Six Flags Reading Logs are due this Monday, January 5. Late logs will not be accepted. This is in place of our regular reading logs which will be due on Tuesday, Jan. 16 (no school Monday, Jan. 15).
-All students are encouraged to wear read and black on Monday in support of the Georgia Bulldogs playing in the National Championship.
-Since some students may stay up late to watch the Championship, I will do Morning Math on Wednesday morning at 7:15 next week instead of Tuesday. The following week, I will also do it on Wednesday ( Jan. 17), instead of Tuesday ( Jan. 16) since Tuesday is the first day of our school week. It will go back to Tuesdays starting Jan. 23.
