PRE-PROGRAMS
Access to IE Campus and the materials of the required Financial Accounting and Quantitative Methods Pre-Programs is now available.
Note that you will be prompted to enter your IE username and password that you have already created (same as used to access the IMBA Site).

opening activities
Please be ready to attend the Opening Activities and the Launch Week starting Monday, September 3, 2018. These activities mark the official beginning of your program and attendance is mandatory.
03/09/18 Your IMBA Starts Here
Erik Schlie, Associate Dean of the International MBA Program, will welcome students and share some useful advice for the academic year.
Teambuilding: The objective of this activity is to gather students into groups where they will discover how to approach problems, work together and develop better methods of communication while fostering a sense of community amongst the section at the same time.
Welcome Pack: you will receive your student card, the welcome pack, and try on jackets, a welcome personalized gift from IE, and decide on the size and the flag of their preference on the spot.
04/09/2018 Opening Ceremony at IE University in Segovia

After the Opening Ceremony there will be an optional walking tour around Segovia from 16:30-18:00. This tour will end with a wine and tapa tasting in downtown Segovia.
Students going for the tour will have the option to return to Madrid by bus at 20:00 or return at their own convenience by train.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
- IE E-mail (@student.ie.edu): Along with your IE user ID, an IE student e-mail address has been created for all students. IE departments will send you important communications to this address, therefore we advise you to check your new inbox on a daily basis from now on. You may access directly from www.gmail.com or simply go to the “Gmail” button on the Tools Bar on your IE Campus homepage. Please note that all future newsletters will be sent to your IE email account only.
- Student Services: Important info for your relocation to Madrid (visa, housing, etc.) will be available on IE Campus, via the “Student Services” resource located on the “My Organizations” tab, under “No term assigned.” With this information now being made available on IE Campus, the tab “Student Services” on the IMBA Site will be soon removed.
- Sections: Together with the access to IE Campus, you will be assigned to your sections for LAUNCH and Terms 1 and 2. For detailed information on how you will be able to view your section on IE Campus, please click here.
- Support & Microsoft Office: You may download Microsoft Office and check out IT tutorials and useful tips via www.it.ie.edu, or via the IE Campus Homepage by clicking “Support” button in the Toolbar.
