Nurse Notes
If anyone has small gender neutral or male specific pants/shorts to donate, they would be greatly appreciated in the clinic. I need sizes from 4T - 7, specifically. Preferably adjustable waist/drawstring waist, but any and all donations would be amazing!
The Flu Clinic is coming - Monday 9/30/2019 from 2:15 - 4:00 pm. If you would like to receive a flu shot or any other vaccine that day, please sign up at https://www.passageware.com/ClinicSignUp/PlanoISD/. After you sign up, or if you are thinking about receiving a vaccine that day, please let me know as well so I can add you to the head count. There is more information on the flyer in the break room, please let me know if you have any questions.
Please let me know of any Health Lessons you may want my help in or that you want me to teach to your students. If you would like me to teach a lesson, I prefer it to be between 9:15 and 10:30am, as this works with the clinic schedule best.
