What a little birdie told us

Week of February 10, 2014

We have been informed by BlackBoard that ALL users will need to do a “configuration” on Monday morning (February 10th) before they enter their first CC session for the day.

This configuration could take up to an hour, and it cannot be done before Monday.

You will not be able to get into your CC sessions until this has been completed.

First thing on Monday morning, you should click on the following link to configure your ClassConnect sessions:

"We never went into a game thinking we couldn't win."

The HeraldNet quoted the Seahawks' defensive lineman Michael Bennett after their crushing victory over the Broncos in the Superbowl February 2. “We saw this coming. We never went into a game thinking we couldn’t win."

How are you going into the "game"? Are you going to win this semester? I have heard this phrase a lot from students this semester...."It's a fresh start". And that it is. You have a whole new semester to prove to yourself that you have what it takes to win.

You have a great coaching team on your side too! Your teachers, advisor, guidance counselor, and learning coach are all here to help you execute the right play that will lead to your success.

Be in the game to win.

Browser Support for Study Island

Your best bet for Study Island is to use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 10.

Recent browser upgrades may be causing issues!

  • Mozilla Firefox: Highly recommended and supported
  • Internet Explorer: IE 10 recommended and supported. IE11 is not supported at this time, although it may work for most operations on the teacher end. It is not recommended for students since it may affect text to speech, video, and possibly other things in S.I.
  • Google Chrome: Not supported--It may work but there may be issues

To make you smile....
