The minerals (inorganic nutrients) that are relevant to human nutrient include water, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphate, sulfate, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, iodine, selenium, and molybdenum. Cobalt is a required mineral for human health, but it is supplied by vitamin B12
why i think this is the most important nutrient
I think is the best nutrient because you have to have milk and vegies at leats everyday to keep your body healthy and active so your bones wont be weak niether.so this is the best nutrient is good for you cause everybody uses this nutrient at least once a day.
