In the Classrooms
Finals are this week. Students should be prepared but also rested so that they can perform at their highest level.
The past two weeks I have seen many students in action in our classrooms. Students are presenting, investigating and debating topics. When students have the opportunity to explore their own learning and explain what they know; I see strong student engagement.
Activities
Student one Act Plays were Friday and Saturday nights. These plays are completely student created and run. It was a great night to see what students can produce! The short plays were a testament to the talent of our NPHS students.
Athletics
Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer both dominated Calabasas on Friday night! Girls basketball also had a dominant win on Friday night and won on Monday against Sylmar in the War on the Floor.
Jake Wood was named Outstanding Wrestler at the Battle for the Belt Tournament.
This week Panther Wrestlers are home to Calabasas on Thursday. On Friday night Girls Basketball and Soccer host Agoura.
