May 2013 Webinar - PortfolioStat
WHEN: May 22, 2013 @ 2:00PM
Register Today: www.federalconcierge.cvent.com/May13PortfolioStat
The CPIC Forum webinar for May will include selected speakers and topics that will help keep you current with the latest developments in the CPIC Community.
Eric Thomas, Partner at Vergys LLC will provide an update on the latest OMB PortfolioStat developments and their potential impact. PortfolioStat is an evolving tool that agencies use to assess their portfolio management process, make decisions on eliminating duplication and waste, and ultimately maximize return on IT investments. New guidance from OMB was issued in a memorandum from Federal CIO Steve VanRoekel on March 30, 2013 that may affect some of our members or their colleagues.
Teresa Allison and Shawn Battle will give us an update on the CPP certification and exam process. For those of us who missed their update at the March conference, this presentation will fill in some important gaps for you. They will also give us the latest on the exam process and “grandfathering” procedures that were introduced to help the new certification process get off to a good start.
Rebecca Epstein and Laura Johnson will present the results of the attendee surveys from the 6th annual CPIC Conference in March 2013. Your feedback that is gathered at the conclusion of every Conference event is critical to learning and improving on the CPIC Forum experience. Besides the important feedback concerning topics and speakers, we asked some questions of our attendees that will help us plan and organize our future events. You will want to stay abreast of these developments as they evolve to get the most from your CPIC Forum.
We look forward to you participating in the webinar this coming May 22nd. If you have any questions, please let us know so we can help.
You will earn 1.5 CLPs by attending a CPIC Forum Webinar and COMPLETING the post-event survey!
