Specially Designed Instruction: Next Steps (with Zoom follow-up session)

Friday, Dec. 10th, 1-3pm

This is an online event.

This training is intended to further develop participant's knowledge of specially designed instruction (SDI) and understand how SDI should be designed based on individual student's needs to address learning barriers. Participants will learn how to indicate appropriate SDI within a student's IEP, as the IEP is the document that guides the delivery of SDI to meet the student's needs. Participants are asked to have an IEP available when they attend the follow-up session. Please note: This training requires participants to independently view brief video modules and then attend a follow-up session via Zoom on 12/10 to collaborate and ask questions about the content. The link to the modules will be sent one week prior to the live session, and registration for this session will no longer be available at that time. Participants must attend the follow-up session in order to receive CTLE credit for the training.
