Goal/Expected Student Outcome: Students will be able to identify and illustrate the physiological symptoms of stress in their body and learn three different relaxation poses to help them cope with said stress.

Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas was founded on May 20, 1997, as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Recognizing the permanent impact loss can have on young people, the Center was established to help children and families grieving the death of a loved one. Connect With Mrs. Bustos
