RCMS STUDENTS MAKE 2023 SEMSBA FESTIVAL

On Saturday, February 4th , two 8th grade RCMS chorus students, Thomas Nguyen and Andrew Vo, auditioned for the 2023 Southeastern Massachusetts Bandmasters Association Music Festival. Students performed scales and solo literature for adjudicators. The RPS music department is proud to announce that both RCMS students were selected to participate in the 2023 Festival. Students have not been selected to perform in the Junior SEMSBA Festival from RCMS since 2018! Our talented baritones will work with experienced conductors and perform with musicians from across southeastern Massachusetts at the upcoming SEMSBA junior festival on May 5th and 6th.

A special thank you to, Chorus Director, Helen Leung, for her work with our young people.

"S.E.M.S.B.A. was founded in 1950 for the purpose of endeavoring to raise the standard of, and to promote greater community interest in school band music in Southeastern Massachusetts."

DRESS PREPARED FOR SCHOOL

The Randolph Public School District strives to educate and prepare our students for a successful life. Our dress code strives to uphold these ideals. Developing the habit of dressing appropriately for school helps to prepare students for life after high school. Students should be dressed in a manner that does not interfere with their health, safety and welfare and that is not distracting to the educational process.
