3rd Grade Awards Program - Monday, May 17th at 6:00 pm

3rd grade will be having an award program and performance at East Maryville Baptist Church on Monday, May 17 at 6:00 pm. The church's Covid-19 policy limits the number of attendees to 2 per student. We plan to provide a Live Stream link for those who are not able to be present (more info to come).

Due to these restrictions, if there is any reason your child will not be attending, please let your child's teacher know by email or Seesaw as soon as possible. This will help us plan accordingly. Attending students will be recognized and participate in the performance. We appreciate all of the help you have given your child and we are looking forward to celebrating the accomplishments all students have made this year!

Calendar Update

Please note that our LAST DAY of school for STUDENTS is Thursday, May 20. John Sevier Elementary students will be released at 10:50 A.M. Buses will run and breakfast will be served (no lunch service on the 20th). Keep in mind that this school day, despite the short schedule, is considered an official day for attendance purposes.

2021-2022 STUDENT VERIFICATION AND REGISTRATION

Last week we opened the portal for both RETURNING STUDENT VERIFICATION and NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION. As the family of a returning student, you should have been notified by email with all the details. This year, rather than using a SNAPCODE to access the verification site, you will simply use your PowerSchool Parent Account. The same will be true in future years too.

The NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION process will also happen in PowerSchool, so those families will create their Parent Portal first, and then go through the registration process.

If you are a family who received a Verification of Residence letter via e-mail, your documents must be submitted to your student's school no later than May 20, 2021 in order to be placed on a class roster for next school year. Please remember to have your verification form notarized and include ALL documents by the due date.

Review the section below if your child will be in KINDERGARTEN during the 2021-2022 school year.
