Get into the Christmas spirit by learning how to make a holiday classic. Odette and LuAnn are teaming up again to make two different yule logs. The first one will be a rich chocolate cake enhanced with brandy with a chocolate filling and decorated with holly leaves and berries. The second yule log will be a white sponge cake with Grand Marnier and a white chocolate filling with cranberries. You will receive the recipes as well as learn how to make the decorations. Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided while learning how to make these beautiful desserts just in time for Thanksgiving.
