The best way to lower your LDL Cholesterol is in the foods you eat. You most effective way to do this is to reduce your saturated fats, trans fat and cholesterol in your diet. Your exercise plan for lower blood pressure

To help reduce the stress your heart goes through, working out is essential for allowing the heart to pump with less effort. You don't need to spend hours in the gym every day, just do simple exercises that will raise your aerobic activity. Things such as walking, bicycling, swimming or playing an active sport such as basketball or tennis can do wonders for you.
