What your diet should contain and avoid.
The best way to lower your LDL Cholesterol is in the foods you eat. You most effective way to do this is to reduce your saturated fats, trans fat and cholesterol in your diet. Instead you want to eat an abundance of natural, whole and high-fiber foods. (such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans) Avoid LDL foods such as butter, lard and coconut oil.

Your exercise plan for lower blood pressure
To help reduce the stress your heart goes through, working out is essential for allowing the heart to pump with less effort. You don't need to spend hours in the gym every day, just do simple exercises that will raise your aerobic activity. Things such as walking, bicycling, swimming or playing an active sport such as basketball or tennis can do wonders for you.

I will preform a series of tests like an EKG, stress tests, biopsies etc.
