Talk about It!
For Younger Children: God promised to keep Noah and his family safe during a scary time--the flood--and God kept His promise! When do you feel scared? God promises to take care of you, and God always keeps His promises! God gives you people to help you and take care of you. Who are some of God's helpers who care for you?
For Older Children: Noah was likely unsure what would happen next as he floated in the ark surrounded by all that water. God was with him and kept him safe. Sometimes we don't know what to do or where to go for help. Talk about a new or scary situation that you experienced. What did you do? Did you ask God for help? What can you do next time? God keeps His promises to us, just as He kept His promises to Noah. He loves you and He will always be with you.
