Dear Parents,
Even though February is the shortest month of the year, we have had so much going on! We talked about the importance of friendship. On Valentine’s Day we had fun making cards for our family or friends.
What an exciting field trip we had on Thursday!!!!! During our visit to Mi Pueblito, we observed and compared different houses in Panama. Just like The Three Little Pigs! We saw some houses made out of bricks, sticks, cement and wood. We can tell that this study unit had a fantastic end. You can see your kids carrying rocks, pointing at rocks, collecting and talking about rocks. They learned about magma, lava, crystals, minerals, volcanoes, mountains, rocks, fossils, paleontologists, the moon and more. We had enjoyed a lot our Rock Study Unit. Way to go!
Thank you to the moms who joined us and helped us out during this morning’s trip.
