Information and Important Dates
I wanted to share with you information about opportunities in the summer that can help to improve your daughter's volleyball skills, strength, and team play.

Strength and Conditioning
It's very important to build strength and conditioning during the off season. My expectation is for all girls playing volleyball to attend our weightlifting and conditioning program at Carroll High School.
Schedule starting MAY 27th - July 31st
EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY:
8:15-9:00 AM - POWER SESSION
9:00-10:00 AM - Junior High Weights
Open Gyms
There will be open gyms on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in June. A calendar will be shared with your daughter at our volleyball meeting on May 5th.
Camps
- May 26, 27, 28 - NETFEST Registration Form - Combo camp for basketball and volleyball. Return form by May 15th to guarantee shirt.
- July 13-14 - Carroll Area Volleyball Camp - Your daughter has a great opportunity to participate in a camp right here in Carroll with Kim Davis, the UNI assistant coach, and UNI volleyball players. Click here to print out the form and return back to me before July 6th.
- Individual camps at ISU, UNI, ICCC, and others to attend by visiting our team website.
Message from Athletic Department
Starting the 2015-16 school year, all athletic forms to participate in 7th and 8th grade athletics need to be uploaded online after July 1, 2015.
