The Ojibwe went to camps around lakes and marshles.Women planted things like corn,pumkins,squash,potatoesWomen also fish during summer.They also picked berries.

Summer's with the Ojibwe
Summertime was also a time for feast they played a game simaliar to lacrosse.Men didn't hunt in the summmer they thought it was best to leave the the animals alone. This prevented animals from becoming scarce in the future. Men also traveled, traded and sometimes engaged into battle with neighbors.
