Kasson-Mantorville Middle School
September 14th-18th Newstletter
Message from the Principal
I want to take a moment and share sincere gratitude as KMMS continues to meet the needs of all learners, whether for our in-person learners or for our Flex Learners. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Students have done a terrific job of wearing their masks, washing and sanitizing their hands, and watching their distance. There is nothing better than watching our students continually meet our expectations. I am very proud of our students for meeting those high expectations to keep all of us safe and healthy.
As the school year progresses, we will continually teach and model our four expectations for student safety, health, and well-being. In all that we do, we focus on the four Be's of KMMS: Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Engaged. We have worked diligently with students to teach and model what those expectations look like in our building.
Should questions arise throughout the school year, please feel free to reach out to me or the middle school office. Please know we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you would like to reach out to me personally, my email is j.larsen@komets.k12.mn.us or call me at 507-634-4030.
Here is to a safe, healthy, and wonderful school year.
Together in KoMet Pride,
Josh Larsen, Principal
