BWMS Family Update
12/2/2022
Welcoming December
Welcome to December. Now the push for the final days of the semester and to break. 13 days left in each class which translates to approximately 13 hours in that class or the final push for learning and growth. I would encourage students to take a minute and reflect about what they still need to accomplish this calendar year, specifically in the areas targeted within Eagle Profile. Here is the list of components included in the Eagle Profile that you will receive feedback about your students progress in the coming weeks.
- Adaptable Learner: Responds productively to change and feedback.
- Collaborator: Works respectfully with diverse teams to accomplish common goals.
- Communicator: Listens actively and articulates thoughts effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Problem Solver: Analyzes and develops solutions to complex issues.
- Responsible Citizen: Demonstrates integrity and empathy while making positive contributions to the community.
Have a fantastic weekend,
~Mr. Josh Frame

The purpose of WIN Days is to build and maintain a positive climate and supportive relationships at BWMS. Students could select from over 30 different options and we look forward to these activities this day.

- End of the 2nd Quarter is Wednesday 12/21/22 with winter break from 12/22/22 through 1/3/23.

Athletic Updates
Reminder that all athletes should have their final forms complete and hard copy of the physical submitted prior to participation.
All information for BWMS athletics can be found at bigwalnutathletics.net and on Schoology.
Also, take a look at the Fall Sports Picture Information Below.
Stay Connected with Schoology
Schoology is used as our district's communication tool, as well as an avenue for parents to check their child's school work, due dates, and upcoming events. To make it easier for you, parents do not need to join or leave groups this year! Simply log in, and all school and district information will be on the newsfeed. If you don't have an account, create one by using the Parent Access Code (Don't know what the code is? Ask your child's building secretary or email schoology@bwls.net). Be sure to visit bwls.net/schoology.aspx for additional information and tutorial videos.
Military-Connected Families
We are committed to seeking out our military connected families and assisting those families as needed. Should an immediate family member currently be serving in the military, please complete this form.
