Many people believed earth did not rotate around , even though the sun went around earth. This started people to think.Which caused the scientific revolution.

Galileo Galilei
Galileo was an Italian scientist , who has built an instrument that could en-large far off objects. Galieo also stands before the papal court.
Nicolaus Copernicus
Copernicus studied planetary movements . After 25 years he reasoned that indeed, the stars, the earth, and the planets revolve around the sun.
How did the change impact society at the time ?

Some scholars denied the theory's they have made. The society thought as if , it had went against their beliefs. Therefore, the 3 men ( newton,Galileo,copernicus) were denied several time to publish their books, textbook,novels etc. But eventually began t6o embrace they thoughts.
How Is That Change evidenced In Today's Modern Society ?
In Today Modern Society We Have Already Went To The Moon & Back . We now Know Mostly Everything From The Scientific Method.
Neil Armstrong stepped onto the surface of the moon on the 20th of July 1969. As he walked on the moon he said a very famous speech till this day ," that's one small step for a man , one giant leap for mankind."
