SAT Diagnostic - Friendly Reminder
We just wanted to provide you with a friendly reminder concerning tomorrow's SAT Diagnostic test. All boys should arrive at Swift House - 2311 Swift Blvd by 9:00 a.m. Keep in mind that the first 30 minutes will be a discussion of the new changes to the SAT and some brief highlights of the course that we will be offering starting February 27th. Parents are invited to stay for the first thirty minutes. The test will begin promptly at 9:35 a.m. and will end at 1:20 p.m. We have decided not to host a barbecue but instead provide sandwiches and drinks from Jimmy John's. Therefore, pick up time is 1:45 p.m. John Rocha and I will be available to talk with parents who are interested in learning more about our new course. Below are the items that your son should come prepared to bring:
- Two or more sharpened #2 pencils
- A calculator (yes, there is a part of the new SAT that allows it)
- Bottled water
- Small snack
What should you expect after today? First, we will enter all the students answers by hand into our computer program and we will review your son's essay. This part is labor intensive and will take time. After that, we will provide you with detailed diagnostic report which we will share with you and provide a consultation if you wish.
Best Regards,
