Weekly Newsletter
Bands and orchestras from across OUSD participate in the annual El Camino High School band and orchestra festival. Students perform their festival repertoire for three adjudicators in the Truax Theater. After their performance, each ensemble then receives a 20 minute clinic in the band room.
The festival went very well this year thanks to a lot of work behind the scenes prior to the actual festival. I'd like to thank our band and orchestra teacher, Mr. Daniel James, as well as the Band and Orchestra Boosters. We appreciate ALL they do for our scholars and the music program!

OUSD Annual BrightBytes Survey
OUSD is partnering with BrightBytes, an educational data analytics company, in order to learn more about our students’ school and home technology use for learning. We are reaching out to ask you to take part in our El Camino High School questionnaire.
Your participation is essential in helping us form a more complete picture of technology use for learning in our students’ lives. Please know that all of your responses will remain anonymous to protect your privacy and they will help your child's school choose the right technology for their classrooms. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Please complete this questionnaire between February 28, 2022 and March 13, 2022. Please go to https://bbyt.es/V92JC
Thank you for taking part in this important initiative!
