Volunteer Needed for Destination Imagination:
We are looking for a team manager for a group of students who want to form a Destination Imagination team!
We have a possible team of five middle school/high school students who need a team manager. The team manager can be any responsible adult over the age of 18. It can be a relative, parent, teacher or someone from your church. If no one volunteers, then this team cannot form. Please let me know if you can assist or recruit someone to do this service. More information can be found at www.destinationimagination.org
Please let me know if you have any questions.
We do have one person who is willing to serve as an assistant manager.
Please contact cynthia.newman@wca-hsv.org by September 14th.

Chapel
Chapel was opened by a responsive reading and worship by members of our chapel team. As a focus for this year's chapels, we will be walking through the Ten Commandments. Andrew Siegenthaler gave a captivating message about the first commandment: you shall have no other gods before me. He also spoke about the warning signs of a life where God is not the focus. We look forward to hearing Mr. Lee speak on September 13th and and Caleb Cox on the following week. We encourage families to attend our chapel services.
