Types of Bullying
Verbal Bulling: Includes hurtful comments, name calling, and teasing.
Social Bulling: Includes using relationships to hurt someone.
Cyber Bulling: Includes nasty gossip or rummers and abusive or hurtful texts, emails, or posts, images videos.
Psychological Bulling: Includes humiliating, torching, ignoring, and abusive.
Strategies For Coping With Being Bullied:
-Share your feelings with somebody
-Focus on the positive
-Walk away
-Don't blame yourself
-Get help
-Be proud of who you are
-Report the bully
Doing this will not only help with you and your welbeing and health but it will make you
have a better life style and not make you become ashamed of your self. Don't just sit around waiting for something to happen go out and stick up for yourself and make something happen!
Another way to cope with bulling is using these simple steps:
Stop; breath, reseve, reflect and obseve.
Explain; use 'I' statement such as "I want, I feel"
Affrim and acknowledge; What rights do you have?
Lock; Talk about were you stand
