Thank you for your flexibility with the remote plans, which begin on Monday (10/26). Based on the latest guidance from the Tacoma Pierce County Health Dept., we have been able to increase cohort size to 10. This is great news because it has allowed us to do a full hybrid model for grades 1 and 2, which means that the kids can come on site 2 - 3 FULL days per week. Here is a reminder of the plan beginning this coming Monday:

• Pre-K and K = Regular Days (7:30/8 - 2:30/3) on site.
• 1st and 2nd Grade = Students come M/W OR T/TH on site for the full day from 8 - 3 and do the other days as 1/2 days online (Friday is for intervention students)
• 3rd - 8th Grade = Students will be online every day from 8 - 12 and will have cohort days 1 - 3 days per week from 1 - 3 pm. If you need to sign up for additional cohort days, please email your child's teacher and they may be able to add an additional day. Also, if you need to change your cohort days, please email the teacher so they can check the schedule for options.

The teachers are doing adjustments to their schedules and setting up their Zooms, so please keep an eye out for details to help you log on for Zoom.
