Seniors, There is still time to do your Oregon Promise application

Remember, if you have a 2.5GPA or better, you may be eligible for FREE Oregon Community College tuition help. You must complete the Oregon Promise application, complete the FAFSA or ORSAA and maintain that GPA by June 1.

Don't forget...grants are free money based on financial need. Do you qualify? We can help you find out.

SAIL offers FREE one-week day and residential academic summer programs on the University of Oregon campus. SAIL invites rising freshmen through seniors, who meet eligibility requirements, to apply. Choose from a wide variety of subject areas like Biology, Performing Arts, World Languages and many more, all taught by distinguished University of Oregon faculty volunteers through fun social and interactive activities. SAIL is committed to increasing student enrollment and success in college – we offer sessions on the college admissions process, scholarships, and how to navigate financial aid. What is the Evening of Excellence & When is it?

Tuesday, June 1 at 7pm, SBHS seniors are invited to attend the Evening of Excellence. This event is usually a chance to recognize local scholarships and their generous donors. This has been the event's focus for many years. Additionally, some groups, like the Scholars of Distinction, Athletes, Performance, Key Club and Leadership students have been recognized, as well. Invitations will be mailed to students who have won a local scholarship. These students should RSVP to
