Field Trip To Matthews Playhouse is Wednesday
Since this is a trip to the theater, we are asking students to dress nicely on Wednesday. This can be shirts with collars, skirts, dress pants, etc. Please no shorts or flip flops. Also, if your child did not order a school lunch for this trip, they will need to bring a bag lunch on Wednesday.
Golf Field Trip Forms and Money are Due 3/8
Thank you to everyone who has turned in their $7 for the Starlab and Golf Field Trip. Money and permission slip are due by the 8th of March. If you are interested in being a chaperone for our Golf Field trip, please let me know.
Other Information:
- It's Read Across America Week! Thank you to everyone who volunteered to come in as a mystery reader on Friday. I'm sure the students will be super excited to see you pop in. If you need me to send home any read aloud options, please let me know.
- There will be math stars next week.
- March 15th: 3rd Quarter Ends (I will be accepting Request to Retest forms up until March 10th.)
- 3D Science Projects are due Friday. I'm hearing some very creative ideas from students about how they are constructing their models. Please know that we are not expecting parents to spend a lot of money on this project. The idea is for students to get creative with what they may have laying around the house. As long as they have the sun and planets in order and with their facts, the sky's the limit! :)
