Theme for Discovery Middle School
The theme for DMS is to stop bullying.
Where Everyone Belongs.
This relates to, "Stop Bullying" because it is called W.E.B, Where Everybody Belongs. W.E.B to me means that if people say that you don't fit in, or you don't belong, I think that person needs to remember that DMS is Where Everybody Belongs.
Stop Bullying
I chose this theme because I know that bullying is a problem in all schools.
The No Bullying Poem for DMS
Roses are red, We are at school, DMS to be exact, where bullying's not cool. There's this thing called W.E.B, Where Everybody Belongs, and everyone does, but bullies not at all. Bullies try and hurt you, say you need to change, don't listen to them, they are all the same. Help the victim, it may be you, just don't stand around, what will you do? Go tell a counselor, or someone you trust, this isn't an option, it's a MUST. You MUST say something, you MUST stand up, to prevent bullying, you HAVE to speak up. Speaking up will surprise the bully, so don't you wait, if you see a bully, take action TODAY. Stop the bullying now, don't let it slide, there has to be an end to this, we at least need to try. As you know, there's this thing called W.E.B, Where Everybody Belongs, and everyone does, but bullies not at all.
STOP BULLYING TODAY.

Another poem for a bully
Somewhere deep inside you,
There's a softer, kinder place.
I know this will surprise you----
But Iv'e seen it in your face.
Your eyes are often sad, although
you wear a surely grin.
Sometimes when you stand all alone,
your 'mean' seems worn and thin.
I wish that you would take a step----
a small, but brave one too----
and look inside yourself to find
the good I see in you.
