Davis Primary

Thank you for attending Davis Meet and Greet!

We appreciate all of the parents who were able to join us for our Meet and Greet last Tuesday. We had a great turn out. Parents and teachers were able to connect and parents were able to see all of the wonderful work their children have been working on.

Picture Day was Friday Sept. 17 at Davis

If your child missed picture day, there will be a chance for a retake later in the year. If you have not yet placed an order for pictures, whether online or sending the paper order form with your child, you may still order pictures online this weekend. The order code is 60889MF (FYI Each child will receive a free class photo later in the year)

Order online at inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/60889MF

Is there a change in your child’s way home?

Parents, if there is a schedule change and your child needs to go home a different way please inform the office no later than 2:15. There is a lot going on at the end of the day and we want to ensure that all parties are informed of the change. In this way your child is ready and at the correct door.

Kick-a-thon

On Friday, October 8, Mrs. Simoncelli-Bulak will be kicking in the annual Kick-A-Thon, which raises money for the American Cancer Society. Beginning Monday, September 13, and ending September 20, the Richmond Intermediate Student Council will be sponsoring a “Penny Drive,” to support this important cause.

Information for you:

  1. All classes will have a “penny jar” where your child may put his/her donated coins.

  2. The class which raises the most money (in each grade level), will win a treat for their class.

Thank you in advance for all of your help! If you have any questions, please see ask any of the Student Council Advisors: Mrs. Ganshert, Mrs. Luebke or Mrs. Webster

Meet and Greet - Richmond

We are so grateful that we will be able to invite our parents into our building in smaller groups for meet and greet. To reduce traffic in the building, we are asking ONLY parents to attend. We are breaking up into smaller groups by the alphabet and we ask that you come during the time that corresponds with your last name. If you cannot make it during that time, or have multiple children attending, you may choose any of the time slots. You will get a chance to meet your child’s teacher (s) and see their classroom and other spaces in the building. Other specialists will be available as well to visit. Please wear your mask. Looking forward to seeing you in person!

When: Tuesday, September 21st

5:30-5:50 p.m. - Student’s last names A-H

5:50-6:10 p.m. - Student’s last names I-P

6:10-6:30 p.m. - Student’s last names Q-Z
