Babe Ruth
Babe Ruth has been playing since the age of 15. He excelled and was recruited by the Orioles in the near future. He did amazing on the Orioles but was later sold to the New York Yankees. On the Yankees Ruth broke records 2 both of which were set by him. He is the All time home run hitter.
Red Grange
Red Grange All-American-Halfback. He is the first great all american player.He had dropped out of college to play with the Bears .Hes a national idol. Sadly during 1 of his games he sustained a serious leg injury. After that he went on to live a happy life.
Helen Wills
Greatest Female Tennis Player of the 1920's. She has one 31 Grand Slam Titles. The most at the time. She won 2 Olympic medals. She won a U.S. Championship. She was the first great female Athlete.
Bill Tilden
Tennis star of the Great 1920's.He has won 7 U.S. titles. He also held the record because he eventually won 16 U.S. Titles.He was the first American to win Wimbledon. He eventually won another Wimbledon title.
Gertrude Ederle
She was the first woman to swim the English Channel. She held 29 world records. Won 3 medals in the olympics. She beat the record in time for swimming the channel.
Moose Gohen
He is one of the first great American hockey players.He didn't start playing hockey until it was first in the Olympics.He was Minnesota's greatest hockey player. He also excelled in football.
