Three ways to turn in your student's absent notes:

1) Upload any sick notes by scanning the QR code!

2) Email notes to lparton@springtownisd.net

3) Students may also turn notes in to the absent note tray in the front office.

Springtown ISD is a part of the Choose Love Movement. The movement is implemented at all campuses in the district. At SIS, we implement our lessons in W.I.N. classes at the beginning of the week, and refer to it throughout the week. To learn more about this movement, please visit the links below.

NEED A "STUDENT NAME" SIGN FOR AFTERNOON PICKUP?

Scan this QR code to request a CAR SIGN for use during afternoon dismissal. Once we receive your request, we will create a sign for you to show to the SIS staff member who is calling student names from the pickup line. Pickup begins at 3:35!
