Mrs. Kennedy's Friday Letter
March 18, 2016
The ways of God are without fail. The Lord's words are pure. He is a shield to those who trust him. -Psalm 18:30
Our class leads the Elementary Chapel on Tuesday morning at 7:55. This will be short and sweet, but parents are very welcome to attend.
A peek into our week
We have enjoyed a full week FULL of learning!
Reading - Book Club - Pinky and Rex and the Bully
Writing- Paragraphs- Indent first time, Topic sentence and supporting detail sentences.
Math - Graphs. We have learned how important it is to read the Graph Key to make sure we are getting the right information. The children didn't have much trouble reading the graph, but some of us struggled using the graph to solve problems. We are moving on to Multiplying by 3's and 4's next week.
Bible -We learned about the importance of generosity while learning about Jesus feeding the 5,000. We also talked about the boy who was willing to share his lunch!
