Join us for a four-part series of workshops on mindfulness! This program is designed to help you manage your duties, in and outside the workplace, and help you reduce stress and improve performance! The activities in the workshops will be fun, relaxing, and will give you an opportunity to share with your colleagues and organizational leadership!

What will I learn?
You will learn a handful of mindfulness tools and techniques such as breathing exercises, journaling, Zentangle©, and meditation.
How much time will it take to complete this training?
The training will take place over the course of four two-hour workshops that take place once per month. We've designed it so that it does not dramatically cut into your current workload and schedule.
How will this help me?
The program is designed to help you minimize and take control over your stress, increase your focus, complete tasks better and faster. These skills can help you in the workplace and outside the workplace!
How much does it cost?
This program is being funded by the organization as well as through use of the team building activity budget.
Where will it be held? Who is running the training?
The workshops will be held on-site, so you do not have to be concerned with travelling.
The organization has teamed up with Untangled Soul Mindful Instruction to facilitate the training. The facilitators from Untangled Soul are experienced in adult learning methods, certified to teach aspects of the program, and are excited to be working with us!
What is expected of me after this training?
We want to observe all employees implementing the techniques and tools from the training. Your direct supervisors will work with you to gauge growth and set personal goals.
