Technology @ the Library
Why do schools need 3D Printers? By using 3D printing, students will improve their analytical skills, spatial awareness, and mathematical skills. Also, students' creativity will be sparked by the limitless possibilities of 3D printing. It serves as a tool to aid in many areas of education and provides teachers with new ways of getting their message across. For example, a 3D plant cell model is being printed as a tangible aid to help the biology students learn the parts of the cell.
