Random Acts of Kindness Week

Please see the attached flyer for information on our Random Acts of Kindness Week (Monday, 2/15 - Friday, 2/19). We have themed days that began today to spread kindness throughout our school!

MathCounts Chapter Competition

Hidden Valley Middle School had eight students compete virtually at the regional level in the MathCounts Chapter Competition. We had two students qualify to move on to the Chapter Invitational Competition, where they will compete to move on to the state competition. 8th grader Jacob Stewart was our top scoring student and ranked 5th in our region. 6th grader Aryan Madan ranked 7th and was in the top 20% of the region. Please wish these two good luck as they proudly represent Hidden Valley Middle and move on to the next level of MathCounts on February 25.

Soup for Seniors

Our BETA Club was able to collect 1,020 canned food items for Soups for Seniors. Congratulations to our students for this great accomplishment!

Technology Support

We ask that parents and students direct their technical support requests to hvmtechsupport@rcps.us. This email account is intended to serve our students who are either online only or off campus when the request is sent. Students attending school should notify their teachers of any technical issues so that we may resolve those problems at school.

Please keep in mind that our IT support staff works regular school hours and that requests made after hours or during the weekend will not be addressed until those hours of operation.
