News You Can Use!
As the end of the school year approaches, please let us know if you have any students who are in danger of retention. This would be for any students that we are not aware of. A reminder that students are placed into the next grade if they have been previously retained.
Thank you to those who attended Monday's PTO Meeting...Nicole Bostwick, Lorraine Pino, Kathy Trovarelli, Lisa Benedetto, Lindsey Bertonazzi, Gina Panzino.
Please remember the Nurse's Office is closed from 1:50-2:50. Please send any students that need a nurse visit to the Main Office during this time.
TECH TIP OF THE WEEK
Words of Wisdom
Success or failure will be conditioned upon the way in which the average man, the average woman, does his or her duty, first in the ordinary, everyday affairs of life, and next in those great occasional cries which call for heroic virtues.
~ Theodore Roosevelt
When we think of heroic actions, we don't often think of the everyday, the mundane, or the average. Yet it is in the ordinary affairs of life that we are often called to be courageous, to say what needs to be said or do what needs to be done; to shine brightly despite our fears; to perform our duty despite our trepidation. Never underestimate the power of simple words or modest actions. One such heroic moment in the classroom can change a life forever.
With something to think about . . .
Remember to take care of yourself.
Be your own hero today. Do the right thing, the thing you know you need to do, but have been too afraid to do.
Happy Birthday!
