Celebration - 5th Grade Band and Orchestra | watch
Dr. Kaczkowski and Assistant Superintendent for Teaching, Learning and Accountability Dr. Katie McCluskey celebrated the work of the band and orchestra programs and the dedication of directors Rita Feuerborn and Elle Pressly. A video was shown featuring two students demonstrating how music is taught virtually. Both of the students and their families attended the Board meeting via zoom and engaged with the Board members.

Dr. Kaczkowski congratulated the Board of Education on earning the Illinois Association of School Board’s (IASB) 2020 School Board Governance Recognition designation. Former student Board members Abbie Herbold and Ashlynn Kousgaard joined the meeting for this recognition.
