Online Learners

Pick up day for school pictures and new curriculum

This Friday, Oct. 30, from 8-11 a.m., online learners can come pick up their school pictures and online learning materials.

• Nov. 10-12—Online learners' virtual conferences
• Nov. 11—Asynchronous learning day for Online Learners

In-Person Learners

• Nov. 18—Asynchronous learning day for all in-person students.

No onsite in-person learning on this day due to parent/teacher virtual conferences. Classes will be held virtually.

• Nov. 18, 19, & 23—In-person learners' virtual conferences.

Online Learners—Registration is open from Oct. 30 through Nov. 9. Please follow these instructions to schedule your conference on either Nov. 10, Nov. 11, or Nov 12. Your code is jefwz.

In-Person Learners—Registration is open from Oct. 30 through Nov. 16. Please follow these instructions to schedule your conference for either Nov. 18, Nov. 19, or Nov. 23. Your code is e8386.

Step 1: Go to www.Schoolbookings.net and enter the school code (Online jefwz) or (In-Person e8386)

Step 2: Enter your full name (designate one parent to register), your email address and your student’s full name(s).

• Your email address is used to send you your conference time.

• Select the number of students you want to book conferences for, and fill in their names.

• Press the green “Go” button to go on to the next page.

Step 3: Select the grade and homeroom teacher for your child/children.

• Press the green “Go” button to go on to the next page.

Step 4: Choose a time for each teacher. To choose conference times, click the checkboxes underneath the time.

• Missing checkboxes mean that time has already been booked by someone else.

• Press the green “Go” button to confirm your conferences.

Step 5: To exit the program click “Finished.”

• If you would like to change your selection click “reschedule Conference.”

• If you decide to reschedule your conference at a later time, simply log back in to www.Schoolbookings.net, enter the access code and click on your name. It will pull up your confirmation page with the option of rescheduling or cancelling.

If you are unable to register online, please call the school at 633-5800. Your child’s homeroom teacher or a school employee will assist in scheduling your conference time.

Online Learners—Look for a future signup for your retakes.

The nurse is in need of boys' and girls' pants size 12 and under. Leggings and sport type pants work best.

Please return to school! Our library is still missing quite a few books that had been checked out from last year. Please search, find, and return those long lost books!
