Key Information
The Tiger Shark is the fourth biggest shark in the water and mainly found in warm waters. They can be found in the Southern Hemisphere. These sharks are carnivores and fierce predators and will hunt for anything in the water such as fish, seals, birds, and turtles. They are very aggressive, and are thought to be one of the most dangerous sharks for humans. They are solitary hunters and mainly do most of their hunting at night when they can move through the water unseen. Female tiger sharks mate every three years and the time of the year it happens depends on where the shark lives.
