Farmington View Information

  • Attendance: A reminder that good school attendance is 95% or better. That's missing less than 8 days for the school year. Here is our current attendance data

>95% = 208 or 69.8%

90%-95% = 68 or 22.8%

<90% = 22 or 7.4% (3 students moved off our chronic absenteeism list)

As mentioned in an earlier eNews, there is an attendance competition between all the the elementary schools based on the data above. For the last nine-week period ending 1/31, Farmington View finished 5th.

Interesting Attendance Fact: Of our 22 students under 90%, 12 are either in kindergarten or first grade.

Great Attitude Assemblies: Great Attitude Assemblies are next Wednesday and Thursday. If your child is being recognized, you will receive notification later this week.

Report Cards: Your child's report cards is going home in their backpack on Thursday, February 4th. Please check:)

Thank You! I want to thank all of our volunteers for their service to our staff and students. Each week I'm amazed by the number of folks helping out in our school. Thank you!
