Other Reminders & Need-to-Knows
1. Classroom Management Plans Were Due Friday- Remember to ensure that your Parent/Teacher Conference Form has this added to your agenda. Greg is reviewing and giving feedback this week.
2. Cell Phone Use Policy- ALL STAFF, please review our campus handbook policy regarding cell phone use:
CELLULAR PHONES
Although, cellular phones are allowed during the school day (7:40 am – 3:00 pm); professional responsibility should be taken to ensure that they are not displayed, activated or used during the school day. Designate one person to take their cell phone to the playground in case of an emergency. During a school emergency do not call 911. You may contact the office, principal, or assistant principal of CCE. Cell phones can be used and checked during your conference time, lunch, and after school hours. Cell phones should not be used during instructional time to talk, text, show students, and/or play games. Please contact your campus principal/assistant principal if you need clarification.
If you have an emergency in your classroom and need admin support, please press the "black" button in your room. Administrators do not always carry their cell phones, but always carry their radios. SR will be receiving their own Campus Radio soon and all communication for support in the classroom will need to be made via the "black" button in the room or a phone call directly to the front office.
3. Work Orders- See anything that isn't working or broken? Put in a work order for Maintenance requests HERE or Technology requests HERE. These links are also found in our staff tab on the Hutto ISD website.

Teachers' Corner
Submit a story, success, aha! moment, funny, photo, announcement, etc. that you would like our CCE family all to know about. Email it to me by Friday of each week and I will put it in the next Monday Memo.
October Superintendent's Notes: Thank you, Mrs. Cargal!
Veteran's Day Celebration Prep is Underway!
Dia de los Muertos- Thank you, Sra. Flor Garcia!
Dia de los Muertos is observed by many Mexican Families to honor and remember family and friends that have passed. Contrary to popular belief, Dia de Los Muertos is not a Mexican Halloween, it is a time for celebration and remembrance of loved ones. This year, Dia de Los Muertos altars will be observed at our campus beginning on October 28th.
Check out the beautiful altar that Mrs. Flor (Parent Volunteer for Multiple Campuses) set up in the Main Hallway! Humble yet Beautiful! It's not too late to bring your family photo/item to remember them.
