Counselors Recognize Outstanding Students for March

Congrats to March Super Staffer

Matthew Zamarron-CTE Tech Ed

Our March Super Staffer, Matthew Zamarron, has been assisting in many areas of KMS and the district lately, helping with groundbreaking pictures. He and his classes built a book drop for one of our district elementary schools. He was also recognized by Kingwood High School for his work with students as well as being our resident drone expert providing high quality footage of KMS from hundreds of yards above campus. Mr. Zamarron is always willing to help out and does it with a smile on his face. His students are always excited and ready to engage when they walk through his door. We want to recognize his dedication to the excellence of KMS and Humble ISD. Thank you for all you do!

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.
