Constitution Party

Just Raise It.

What the Constitution is...

The goal of the Constitution Party is to restore America to its Biblical foundations and to limit the federal government to its Constitutional boundaries. The Constitution assigns to government the power to create and maintain a safe, secure nation while responsibility for everything else falls to the states or the people themselves.

Constitution continued...

What constitutionalists believe:

A Constitutionalist believes in the principles of the Constitution, and is firmly committed to keeping those principles intact, from all enemies. We believe that by returning to the limited federal government, as authorized in the Constitution, we plan on returning Liberty and Prosperity to the nation. In order to separate ourselves, those who wish to keep the current government functioning outside the Constitution, we call for a re-establishment of the original American Constitutional Republic.

Gun Control

The Constitution party upholds the 2nd amendment which states that it is a right of the people to keep and bear arms. We oppose attempts to prohibit ownership of guns, and stand against all laws which would require the registration of guns or ammunition. We believe that when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have them. This would cause the protection of every peaceful citizen to be seriously jeopardized. A well regulated Militia is necessary to the security of a free state, and the right to own guns shouldn’t be taken away.

Immigration

Each year, there are about a million legal immigrants and just as many illegal aliens who enter the United States. Immigrants are eligible for multiple kinds of public help. These include housing, education, Social Security, and other legal services. This drain towards the Constitution on the Federal Treasury is having a huge and sharp impact on our economy, increasing the cost of all types of government in the United States. The mass of people coming into the U.S. with low standards of living threatens the wage range of the average American worker and the labor balance in our country.
