Change of Address and Telephone Form
Each semester International Engagement must confirm the physical address and U.S. telephone number of all F-1 and J-1 students. This is a required part of maintaining your immigration record. Please complete the attached form here no later than September 30th. If you have changes to your address or phone number in the future, please update your information by going to our website where you will find the "Address and Telephone Confirmation Form".

The focus of this week's "Zoom with IE" meeting is Student Success and the Shopping Shuttle Schedules. These meetings are not mandatory, but they will be informative. We will have a special guest from Student Success at this meeting! Just a reminder, you can submit questions before the meeting by emailing Sarah at shabtemariam@uca.edu. If you have questions for our office, please feel free to email, call or schedule an appointment. If you want to meet with a staff member in our office, you must have an appointment. To schedule an appointment, go to this link and follow the instructions. You will get an email response after submitting your request . Please make sure to read this email to confirm your appointment. If you need assistance scheduling an appointment, please email international@uca.edu or call 450-3445. When you arrive for an in person meeting, you must wear a mask, and please come by yourself, as our lobby only has space for 3 people to comply with social distancing. If the lobby is full, we have additional seating in the main hallway.
