To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will eat healthy foods with every meal and manage my stress, anxiety, and anger in a positive way.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in the future. But, I will react to that "pain" positively. What I will gain from that "pain" is knowledge of what to do and what not to do. I will also learn what to change so I don't feel that pain again.
I am who I am because of my surroundings.
I want wisdom in life. So, I need to surround myself with a variety of people. I will also surround myself with new things such as food, drink, and more.
