Crazy Hair Day

Monday, April 22 is a box top crazy hair day. Bring in 20 box tops or $2 to participate. Participants may wear jeans (no uniform top is needed) and crazy hair.

The Seton Spring Concert is coming up on Wednesday, May 8th, at 6:30 PM in the newly-named Waldhart Theater in Seton's cafetorium, so mark your calendars! All students in grades 4 Pre-K through 8th grade will participate. Our theme this year is "Go West!", featuring songs of our nation's history, particularly the settling of the western frontier. Students may wear western-themed or pioneer-style clothing (such as cowboy hats or bandanna kerchiefs) if they wish, but it is not required. The students are looking forward to demonstrating their musical skills with instruments and singing!

Help for a Seton Family

Over spring break, Anna Geary (mom of 1st grader Kaitlyn & 4k-er Emily) had a health emergency that hospitalized her. After days and days of testing, she was diagnosed with MS. She is still in the hospital in Milwaukee but is making great progress in therapy. The numbness and weakness she was experiencing has started to improve, but she still has a long road ahead of her. We would like to show our support for the family by providing a few things to help them in this great time of need. As John and their 3 girls adjust to the changes with Anna being in the hospital yet, and knowing the road may be long and hard, it's the least we can do to show how much we care and support them. Please keep Anna and the Geary Family in your prayers. Please bring all donations to the school office. And also consider purchasing scrip from the office.

School Calendar Updates

Both the state and Archdiocese require that we maintain a set number of instructional hours each school year. As a result of our five snow days this year, we need to make up two full days of school. School will be in session on Monday, April 22 for a regular full day and the last day of school has been moved to June 13 but remains a 12:30 release. Eighth grade graduation has also been pushed back one day to June 12. Should we have additional days off this winter, we will look the calendar and make adjustments as necessary. Thank you.

Registration for 2019-2020 is Open

Registrations for 2019-2020 are now being accepted. Keep in mind that early registration ends today. Also, we are anticipating possible waiting lists in 4K, kindergarten, grade 1, and grade 7 for 2019-2020 so register as soon as possible.

School Choice 2019-2020---Registration is February 1 through April 20, 2019

The windows of eligibility for a student currently enrolled in a private school (like Seton) are 4K, kindergarten, first grade, and ninth grade. Take a look at the updated income requirements below.

Please spread the word! Current public school or homeschool students can apply for any grade level. If you have questions, contact the office. Thank you.

Weather and Other Closings or Delays

We will follow the Sheboygan Area School District in weather-related closings and delays. The exception would be days when Sheboygan Public is not in session. In that case we would make those decisions independently.

You can see our announcements on TMJ4, NBC26, and WBAY2. Closings and delays will also be posted on our school website, Facebook page, and Twitter. In addition, we will send out a recorded phone call and a REMIND.

Support PBIS By Ordering Coffee and Tea

Every month Seton School offers the opportunity to order coffee and tea from Mystic Monk. Orders are due to the office by the end of the month and arrive shortly after to go home with your children. This year, the proceeds of those purchases will be used to buy rewards for our students to support our PBIS system. So far we have raised $201.90. Please consider Mystic Monk Coffee and Teas.
